Processing and delivery estimates
Any item-specific production or dispatch timeframe will be shown with the product or communicated with your order. Carrier transit estimates begin after dispatch and may be affected by weather, service interruptions, address issues, or customs. Contact us if you need an item by a particular date.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we provide the tracking reference with the shipment notification. A newly created label may not show movement until the carrier scans the parcel. Contact us if tracking appears delayed.
Delivery problems
For damage, an incorrect item, or a missing parcel, send your order number and tracking details to info@leatherncraft.com. Save the packaging and provide photos if available. If tracking says delivered but you cannot locate the package, check the delivery location and contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
International orders
