Refund Policy

For a return or refund request, email info@leatherncraft.com with your order number, the item involved, and the reason for your request. We will explain the available resolution and any return instructions.

Return eligibility

Request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items returned for a change of mind must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and included accessories. Product-specific exclusions, including any personalized or made-to-order terms, must be disclosed before purchase. These conditions do not remove rights that apply to defective, incorrect, or misdescribed goods.

Before sending a return

Contact us first for authorization and the correct return address. Our Houston business address is not automatically a return destination. Include your order reference, package the item securely, use a tracked service, and retain your shipping receipt.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping unless the order terms state otherwise. For an incorrect or defective item, we will arrange the appropriate return or resolution and cover reasonable required return shipping. Contact us before purchasing a label. Original shipping charges are generally not refundable for change-of-mind returns; they will be considered where an order was incorrect, defective, or a refund is otherwise required.

Inspection and refund

We will notify you after receiving and reviewing the return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time after issuance depends on your bank or payment provider. Contact us if an approved refund has not appeared so we can check its status.

Damaged or missing parcels

Notify us promptly if a shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive. Keep the packaging and provide photos where possible. We will investigate with the carrier and explain your replacement or refund options. A carrier investigation does not remove your applicable consumer rights.
