This page explains how to request a cancellation and what happens when an order is already being prepared or shipped. Our Refund Policy contains the return conditions.
Cancel before dispatch
Email info@leatherncraft.com as soon as possible with your order number and “Cancellation request” in the subject. We will check the order status. A request is confirmed only when we acknowledge cancellation; contacting us does not by itself stop fulfillment.
Orders already shipped
Once a parcel has been handed to a carrier, we may be unable to stop or reroute it. Contact us for the available options. If delivery goes ahead, follow the return process instead of refusing a parcel without instructions.
Personalized or made-to-order items
Any cancellation restriction for a customized item must be stated before checkout. Contact us immediately to check whether production has started. Applicable rights relating to faulty or misdescribed items remain available.
Shipping delays
If we cannot dispatch within the promised timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped merchandise for a refund, as applicable. Delivery estimates after dispatch depend on the carrier and destination.
Refunds following cancellation
Confirmed cancellations of unshipped standard orders are refunded to the original payment method, including shipping charges attributable to the canceled shipment. Your payment provider determines how long the credit takes to appear. For partially shipped orders, we will explain the amount associated with the canceled portion.
Address changes and carrier requests
Check your shipping address before payment. Contact us promptly if it needs correcting. Carrier redirection is subject to availability and may involve a disclosed additional charge; it is not guaranteed.
